Non-Purchase Home Mortgage Loans

First mortgage loans are now available to those members who own their own home and have at least 30% equity in their personal residence. 

This loan is specifically designed for the member who wants a low interest loan and no more than a fifteen-year repayment. Fees for these loans are very low compared to our competitors, and making payments via payroll deduction, electronic payments or automatic transfers makes repayment especially easy. Purchase Home Mortgage Loans or First Mortgage Loans in excess of 70% loan-to-value

The credit union can partners with Midwest Family Lending in Urbandale, Iowa, to offer mortgage loans. These loans are available for purchasing a new home, higher loan to value loans, and loans needed of longer maturities. Please contact the credit office union to set up an appointment, or to discuss loan options, terms and current rates.

Mobile Home Loans

Mobile home loans are available with terms up to 10 years for new and used homes. Our guidelines require the member to have a minimum of 20% down.
